From acclaimed restaurant kitchens to private tables, Chef Jorian Blair has built a culinary career rooted in soul, precision and cultural pride.
After training through Project Renewal Culinary Arts in New York, Jorian honed his craft in celebrated kitchens, including Del Posto under Mario Batali, BLT Steak and The Betsy Hotel. His experience shaped a culinary style that blends the richness of his Jamaican heritage with global techniques and the refinement of fine dining.
It was beyond the restaurant kitchen, however, where Chef Blair found his true calling. Today, he creates personalized culinary experiences in private homes, aboard yachts and at special events, designing thoughtful menus around each client, occasion and table.
